Trio Collective Events LLC is a UAE-based creative and experiential events agency that designs, manages, and executes lifestyle and brand experiences.

When we collect and process personal data for our own purposes, we act as a data controller.

For some events (such as co-branded activations with The League, part of Match Group Americas LLC), Trio Collective and The League act as independent data controllers, each responsible for their own use of your information.

2. The information we collect

We collect personal information directly from you and, in some cases, automatically through our digital platforms.

• Event registration details (including your selected date or experience)
• Age confirmation (18+)
• Payment and ticketing information (processed by secure third-party providers)
• Profile details or photos (if submitted, e.g., via The League platform)
• Communications sent to us (e.g., via WhatsApp, SMS, or web forms)

Information we collect automatically:

• Limited analytics data, such as page visits or site performance metrics
• Cookies or tracking technologies (only used where essential or when consented)

We do not intentionally collect data from anyone under 18 years of age.

3. How we use your information

We process your data for purposes including:

• Managing event registrations and ticketing
• Confirming eligibility (18+) and ensuring guest demographic balance
• Communicating with you regarding event details or updates
• Providing support through concierge channels (WhatsApp, SMS, etc.)
• Creating event media (photos/videos) with your consent or as part of the event terms
• Operating and improving our websites and microsites
• Meeting legal, safety, and compliance requirements

We rely on the following lawful bases for processing:

• Performance of a contract (to manage your booking and deliver services)
• Legitimate interests (to operate and improve events safely)
• Consent (for marketing communications or optional cookies)
• Legal obligation (where required by law or regulation)

4. Sharing your information

We may share your data only as necessary to operate the Services:

• With The League (Match Group Americas LLC), when you register for a co-branded event or activation. Each party uses your data independently under its own privacy policy.
• With service providers who help us deliver the Services (e.g., ticketing, payments, venue partners, security, photographers). These partners are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
• With regulators or authorities, when required by UAE law or to protect safety, security, and legal rights.

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information.

6. Data retention

• Event and ticketing data: retained for the duration of the campaign and up to 10 days after completion, unless a longer period is required by law.
• Financial and accounting records: retained in accordance with UAE record-keeping requirements.
• Communications or inquiries: retained for a reasonable period to manage correspondence and resolve issues.

After this period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

7. Cookies and tracking

Our main website may use limited, necessary cookies for site functionality and performance.

For event microsites, we do not use cookies or tracking tools unless required for functionality and clearly disclosed to you.

Where non-essential cookies (e.g., analytics) are used, we will first seek your explicit consent via a pop-up banner.

You can adjust cookie preferences or delete cookies in your browser at any time.

8. Security measures

We apply technical and organisational safeguards to protect your personal data against accidental loss, unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. Access to your data is restricted to trained personnel who require it for legitimate business purposes. We do not create “backdoors” or hidden access mechanisms in our systems.

If you wish to object to this use, you may contact us before or after the event, and we will accommodate your request where reasonably possible.

We may send limited marketing or event updates only if you have opted in to receive them. You may unsubscribe or opt out at any time through the link in the message or by contacting us.
